HEY THERE,
I'm Angela - an enthusiastic brunch-goer, kombucha lover, vegetable chopping pro and long distance runner. I’m also a student in the field of nutrition and dietetics, currently based in Melbourne, Australia.

I created The Nourish Effect to provide inspiration and support for myself and others to consistently present to the world the best versions of who we are, by doing more things that feel good and right for us everyday :)

I'll be covering topics surrounding healthy plant-based eating, fulfilling exercise, conscious lifestyle choices and more.

WHAT IS THE NOURISH EFFECT ?
TNE was formed as a creative platform to share my journey and the lessons I learn along the way - through standard life, as an aspiring dietician and as someone passionate about health, fitness and a growth mindset.
I'm so passionate about making sure people are well equipped with evidence based, practical nutrition advice - in a world where myths, diet fads and misinformation are all too common.
Health and wellness is about so much more than food, so I focus on embracing personal development and living an overall healthy, active, and conscious lifestyle.
My aim is to collect all relevant experiences and knowledge that I gain throughout my journey as a student and life-embracer, and give these a home within The Nourish Effect.
